Specific target areas

I know you can't specifically lose weight in one area. However I've noticed the most change in my legs and I'd just like it if my middle and upper body would follow. I've been doing weights lately to help out but I was just wondering if there is anything extra I can do?

    I've got sorta the same problem. My upper thighs and my lower tummy need work. My calves and upper body have progressed nicely. I wish it would all even out!

    There isn't really a way to target a zone. I would increase your cardio workouts since cardio is the best way to get the most fat burn out of your workouts.
