I wish it was me in the picture! Just a girl off tumbler! Yeah I worked out my BMR to be 1425 and TDEE to be 1959, which to be honest I thought was a bit low? Maybe I should just stick with 1800-2000 a day and make sure my macros are spot on.

Ok thanks! Yeah I've heard that squatting etc is best in bare feet! Not tried it though.

I don't want to lose weight but I need to keep motivated when I go home for christmas and then with work and university exams/deadlines in january. I'm 5ft8 :)

I prefer the morning, mostly because my gym is quieter. All the big muscley guys appear at night and hog the machines! It gets me going and puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day too.

A little bit every day is better than nothing!! Well done for actually getting up and trying. Do you eat before? A coffee and a banana or preworkout might help?
