  • The things that I do not weigh are bananas, apples, (I eyeball these after weighing one every now and then), bread slices, green beans, lettuce greens. I weigh everything else except for restaurant food.
  • And I am a Trader Joe loving vegetarian! :-)
  • I calculated my TDEE from Scooby workshop using 3-5 hours moderate exercise per week. I increased my exercise a couple of months ago. I have always been active, but I fell into a period where I didn't do much.
