Maybe try some cooked down raspberries or blueberries or strawberries... i dunno... cook them in a sauce pan with a little sugar or agave nectar or honey... maybe add a little water. There might be some recipes online :)

Hello :) I am not too sure about eating back exercise calories... but something that has worked for me (and yes I know everyone is different  ) is that I just stick to eating my 1350 calories a day. I do exercise, every day... so I always have a deficit of about 300-500 calories. Really you just need to burn more…

Hey there!! I LOVE to cook too :) Here are some blogs I follow that have some great recipes - skinnytaste.com, 101cookbooks.com and simplyrecipes.com Those are my all time favorite. Just stay focused on what your goals are and you will do great!

I think any soup is freezable... skinnytaste.com has some great recipes. Just made the acorn squash with leeks and it was super yummy! You also can make meals a head of time and not have to freeze them :) salads are a super fast and easy meal. Turkey wraps with some honey mustard... stir trying veggies is also super fast,…

I have a hypothyroid and I find that I am loosing weight at an ok rate. I am on meds and I take them every morning. I think as long as your levels are normal with the meds you should be ok. Just keep working hard and you will see the pounds come off :) I work hard and I feel great!

My boyfriend and I have Super Dates :) We take turns planning a Super Date that the other person doesn't know about. Last time was my turn so I took him out to a fantastic brunch (he loves a good bloody mary) and then we went to Golden Gate park for a segway tour (yeah we are geeks, hehe, but it was soooooo much fun!!!!).…

Oh yeah - I also workout 4-6 times a week for an hour... cardio and weight training...

I have an office job and the thing that has helped me the most is that I make my breakfast here... apple butter and some toast and then i bring my lunch (leftovers from last night usually) and then I eat my snack of carrots and hummus. I usually don't get bored with food so this works for me... but the best thing I can say…

I love coconut water!!!! Super duper good :) I like to drink it either before or after my workouts... not during tho! hehe

My friend has one and she loves it. I would get one... but then I found out you have to pay monthly to use it... so I am not going to get it. There are other HRM's out there that are good and don't require a monthly fee :) I in the middle of looking for one and for a scale that measures body fat percentage.
-
I do love a good glass of wine... so my rule to myself is that I only drink on the weekends (usually Fridays and Saturdays)... of course in moderation. I know everyone is different - but that has worked for me :) Good luck :)
-
Love you!! Yer the best! Just had a little moment this morning... kind of a buzz kill, lol. But I shall carry on! Thanks darling!
-
Way to go!!! You look awesome!!

I do have a hypothyroid and I am taking levothyroxine... so I do know I have to work really really hard to loose the weight. Maybe I do have to step up the work outs... I have been going to the gym 4-6 times a week... maybe I should stick to 6 times and do different things... thanks!
-
Thanks!! That is great advice :) and that makes sense too. Definitely going to start measuring myself!
-
I drink about 5 12oz of hot herbal tea at work (caffein free) and then I drink water at the gym and at home I will drink more hot tea and more water at dinner... so i think I am ok in the water department. As far as sodium... I should start tracking that... never thought about that. Thanks!
-
I will look into getting a HRM - thank you :) I take cardio classes and weight training classes at my gym and I have talked with the trainers about approximate calorie burn - so I track most of my cardio classes at 520ish calories and the weight training classes 300 or less.
-
I do drink a lot of water throughout the day... I also forgot to mention I have a hypothyroid... maybe I need to go see a specialist about that. I don't feel like my general doctor really knows about it. Thank you everyone for the advice! I will start taking my actual measurements! I think that is a great idea :)

How do I unlock it? Sorry I thought it was open!

I go to the gym about 4-6 times a week and all I ever do are the classes that they provide. I find that when I workout by myself I don't push myself as hard as I can. I do the Les Mills program and I LOVE IT!! If your gym offers any Les Mills classes (or really any class at all) - I suggest taking them. Don't be afraid and…
