I do not go to a gym. I got a fitbit that tracks all my steps in a day. I try and walk a lot of days. On my days off I do a 4-5 mile walk and last weekend I even rode my bike after my walk for almost 8 miles. I weigh every day 3 times in the am and then take the highest one and log it in. It helps keep me on track.
