Hi ..I have Hashis and joint pain (knees and elbows mainly) and I also have a knee and back injury. I'm doing 30 day shred (started today) and modifying any exercises that aggravate it :) hope you find a solution :)

I don't know how to answer your question but I did boxing training when I was younger and fitter. We used the heavy bags that hang down from the ceiling and also dd some sparring in the ring!! It was good exercise and we all came out of the gym every week feeling so confident and energised.

Maybe every time you make a healthy choice about the food you eat or the exercise you do the little gremlin inside encouraging you to make bad choices gets weaker and weaker until one day it has no say at all. keep going

I had a good day today within my calorie allowance plus did a little bit of exercise which I enjoyed. Can't believe it's measuring day again tomorrow ...comes round so fast :)

I'd like to read more about the research into this as opinions vary but my gut feeling (pardon the pun) is that I'm with you on this one. I don't like the taste of all that stuff and as it seems to be a big money making industry it wouldn't surprise me at all if it turned out to be bad for us in other ways.
