Hi I'm in York. Exercise most days and have an open diary. Always try and support my MFP friends as much as poss and tend to delete those who don't do the same. If that's the kind of friend you are looking for then anyone feel free to add :)

when i started on MFP I chose the name mightdomightnot because i didn't feel at all confident that i could lose 1lb let alone the massive amount i need to lose. Now I'm in a different place and feel determined to achieve my goals. I find having the long term goal in mind helps as well as having short term goals. One of the…

Hi...yes I love kettle bells..I do a circuits class with them once a week. I started swinging 3kg for 30 seconds and have gradually moved to bigger weights. I did 1 min of swings with a 7.5kg kettle bell last time. I love the way you can combine cardio with strength training...Hope you enjoy using them as much as I have.

good topic....i haven't met anyone in person....but i'd love a training partner who lives near. I'd love to go on a fitness holiday with a bunch of inspiring, understanding, encouraging and motivating people. nice to see friendships flourishing here :drinker:

I think this is interesting....I'm on T3 and was on quite a high dose a few years ago when i started getting chest pains..i lowered the dose myself and the chest symptoms subsised...i went to the docs and they upped the meds and the pains came back...so i took myself off the meds and after a while i ended up in an…

Hi I recently went on a bread making course with a local artisan bread maker...he said he had a few customers who could eat his bread without getting the symptoms they got from eating other breads. It's very easy to make the bread (hardly any kneeding)...but if you didn't want to make your own I would suggest local…

Hi guys after getting my FT4 and realising I'm not burning as many cals as I thought...I'm reducing my cal goal for May to 10,000 looking fwd to this challenge :)
-
Hi :) I hadn't actually thought of a goal...rather I was just wondering how many calories we would burn collectively....but I do think it's maybe worth doing as an extra incentive....I know I work harder if I let more people down than just me if I don't work hard :) Kat

Hi....I'm Kat from the UK and I love the sound of this group. I'm in 2 other groups..one that focuses on distance and one that focuses on weight loss so this group will go well with those and will hopefully inspire me to work hard to burn off all the calories that I can't stop eating!! I have a lot of weight to lose and at…
