GREAT JOB!!! I've heard that too many carbs hinder us as well! I had a good loss when I started leaving out some of the carbs and choosing whole grain instead.

Hello! I found out about a year ago that I have PCOS and I've been in total denial ever since. My husband and I went to Sam's club and did the BMI body calculator and it was scary high (42% to be exact). If you have any tips that can help me along the way, please share.
