I had people give me a hard time at first but they all quickly stopped once they saw how successful I have been. As long as you see success and logging works for you don't worry about the "haterz" haha

Thank you everyone, it is hard to believe such a little number makes such a big difference, but what I have learned is the importance of measuring yourself. The scale does not show true progress like the measuring tape does : )

Thanks everyone, I will definitely use a combination of all these suggestions.I do participate in Hot Yoga, once a week and it is a killer workout, I feel so great afterwords, and strong!
