  • Even if you can't get in the work outs try parking farther and walking more, take the stairs. Every little bit helps. On my lunch break I usually eat for 10-15 mins then walk or go up and down the stairs for the rest of my half hour.   • I was not on MFP but did loose weight while pregnant. Infact I did better while pregnant because of wanting to be healthy for the baby.
