Finished the 30 Day Shred!!! (Pics)

I have dedicated 2 whole months to Jillian Michaels. Aug to Sept, I did Ripped in 30, and Sept through Oct 12th I did the 30 Day Shred along with Kickboxing FastFix workout 3. I did a few other exercises on some days, such as walking with my baby or organizing my house for hours on end, but the majority of it was these workouts. I also have eaten pretty clean 80 - 90% of the time, and tried not to eat all of my exercise calories. I drank up to 10 glasses of water each day, and took rest days when needed. During RI30, though, I followed her diet plan the majority of the time.

So... Here are my results! I am doing Extreme Shed & Shred along with Kickboxing FastFix 1 and 2 this month. (Started today).
