Bulletproof coffee is a complete scam. I can't tell you how many times I've tried, but it fails every time. I've found that even something as small as a .22 caliber still obliterates a mug of this so-called "bulletproof" coffee.

If you figure your BMF is off (overestimating) by 29%, just allow for the error in your calculations. At least for me, the BMF is an invaluable tool, even if it is not 100%, it is more accurate than any other method I've tried.
