Good morning, I'm sorry to hear about your knee. I hurt my left knee on the 28th and has ruined my cardio too! I recommend working on the elliptical instead of the treadmill. Like the others stated, it's less impact on your knee. Good luck and I hope you feel better.

Eh, don't worry about it. It's already in the past. I went over my goal today by almost 600 calories. Tomorrow is a new day to exercise like crazy and eat less :)

What about your measurements? Do you feel like your clothes are getting bigger? Please don't be discouraged. You didn’t gain all your weight in 2 weeks and you’re not going to lose it all in 2 weeks. Be proud what you’re doing!

I was just thinking about getting B12 shots to increase my energy, but I'm already always hungry so I don't want to risk additional hunger pains :) I'm curious to see what the other members have to say.

You'll do great! I took a 0 to 5k class at my local park district. It was a great class and it was very similar like the internet sources.
