I usually eat them as a snack or if I am trying to get a workout in right after work before dinner, so that I am not hungry. But I love the Luna protein bars and the Whole Nutrition bars.

I plan to work out tonight, wednesday, thursday, and likely friday. Saturday is usually my off day and then Sunday I do a work out. Friday is iffy, because my friend and brother are trying to set me up that night. Haha. We will see how that goes ;)
