Morning ladies!
How was everyone's weekend? Mine was really good. We had a birthday pub crawl Friday night - I was very proud of myself I had 2 drinks and drank water the rest of the night. Saturday we lounged in bed all day (last week, between the car accident and work being crazy, really took a toll on me) then we went to a goodbye party for a friend who is moving to the UK - again I was proud of myself 2 drinks and then only water. Sunday we lounged again, then rearranged our living room and did some cleaning. Overall it was a great weekend.
Today's challenge: 15 calf raises every time you go to the bathroom.
Also what is your workout plan for the week? Mine is:
Monday - Upper body/core & cardio
Tuesday - lower body/core & cardio
Wednesday - rest (schedule is too busy)
Thursday - trainer & cardio
Friday - cardio
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - rest
Wish me luck - so far this year I have yet to complete a full week of my workout schedule. This week I'm going to do it!!

I did 200 calf raises. I forgot to do them when I went to the bathroom, so I did them tonight with my circuit training.
It has been hard for me to plan out my workouts last week and this week because random work things keep coming up. Hopefully I will get something everyday but Thursday.
I found the 5K I am going to run for my first one, so I need to be getting ready for that.
