All carbs turn into sugar, which turn in to fat, if you eat too many. Even if they are healthy carbs. I think this will definately help you if you manage them better.

I would definately suggest watching your carbs-limit them to 130-145 max and up your protein. That was what helped me-and was recommended by my dietician.

I wear a regular bra and a sports bra over it. It is usually enough to feel comfortable.

Definately I noticed once I kept my carbs to approximately 105-135 carbs max per day, that helped with the plateaus.

I would try to keep your carb total for the day around 135-140 and definately!!! watch the sodium..keep it under 2000mg at most. Both of those have helped me!

27 lbs in 3 months is awesome! how long have you been on a plateau? You might need to amp up your exercise and be sure to drink enough water! don't get discouraged!

1200 Calories is definately not enough with working out that much!:wink:
