Increased my calories and finally off the plateau!!
After a month of maintaining, I decided to increase my calories from around 12-1400 to 15-1800 and it is paying off! Just excited to see that I can control this whole plateau thing!! Also I am less than 1/4 lb from being under 190, which I haven't seen since I was 12!!! Besides that I am a much stronger and leaner 190 then…
