I'm so confused ..... I see everyone putting high calories in for chicken but if I put in 3 oz roasted chicken breast it comes to 138 calorie not the 300plus someone posted... What am I doing wrong ?

I have this same concern since I will be on back to back vacations for 3 weeks. I plan working out everyday and I plan on doing a lot of walking. Get a good heart monitor that straps around your chest you will be amazed how many calories you burn though out the day and workouts. My heart monitor said today I burned 729 calories alone on one exercise. I easy burn more than though out the day. I'm very active and workout a lot....

I agree with everyone just take small steps and change one thing at a time. Someone said tomorrow is fresh with no mistakes in it, I don't agree with that! Hi Carrisa, I have lost 122 lbs I try to keep my carbs to 100 per day also but I really watch my carbs in the evening. Carbs are harder for me to process later in the day so after 4pm I make sure my dinner includes protein, lots of non starchy veggies. I don't eat processed foods and I make sure I eat 6 times a day.
