I have lost a total of 39 pounds and I honestly don't feel I look different at all, but I am because I have gone down in a size and a half and I can move easier without being so out of breath. Maybe taking measurements would help you see where you are loosign the weight from.

thanks for the information, I too have just started exercising (walking or eliptical) everyday from not doing any exercise. I feel like the scale should be dropping, but it has been holding steady-even gained 1/2 a pound. I next about 1100-1200 calories a day after exercise. My clothes feel great and loose- they already…
