I use MFP mainly to help me maintain my weight. I lost 50 pounds several years ago and this site has truly helped me to keep it off. You are doing VERY well!!! Hang in there and keep up the good work.

There was a time I drank a lot of Soda every day. Seven years ago I decided I wouldn't drink it any more. I haven't touched it since. I have zero regrets about my decision.

I've used Fitness Pal mainly to maintain my weight after losing 50 pounds several years ago. When used right, accompanied by serious commitment to proper eating and exercise, weight loss and maintenance will occur.

I have a balance issue as well as a deep desire to not gain back the 50 lbs I lost several years ago. Regular, daily exercise contributes to keeping both in check. I just get up and do it.

30 was 37 years ago for me, but yes, I started to battle weight in my early 30s. Hang in there, do what you need to do and remember, you are not alone in the challenge to maintain weight and exercise as needed.

I average 1500 mgs of sodium a day. I use regular salt and eat mostly whole foods. I seldom fix processed foods and as a result, have very little difficulty maintaining this level of sodium.

I still eat pretty much what I used to eat except using portion control. One exception is sodium. I now average 1500 mgs or sodium a day, down from 4-5 grams a day. Funny thing, after 3 years of regulating sodium, I don't even miss it any more.

I lost most of my weight 5 years ago (52 lbs) before joining myfitnesspal and "Yes" I weigh in every morning. Weighing in has helped me to keep the weight off.
