I bake mine. So.......basically, oatmeal, peanut butter, eggs, milk, brown sugar, hemp seeds, hemp protein powder, and I recently added a touch of cocoa in my last batch.0

Baked oatmeal is really good. If the reason you don't like it is the texture, try baking it. It's nice baked in milk with a little vanilla and lemon peel.
When I'm just having regular, weekday top of the stove oatmeal, I like it with some kind of nut (pecans or walnuts), a little grated apple, and a little bit of maple syrup.0 -
My current favorite is a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a T of peanut butter. Yum!0

I say forget the oatmeal and eat something you actually enjoy for breakfast.0 -
first, I stopped eating rolled oats, and started eating steel cut.
I add pecans, blueberries, and cinnamon, sometimes a splash of 1% moo juice.

I put fresh berries (blue, black, stray or raspberries), with a little ground sugar, a dab or vanilla extract and 1 packet of stevia. Yummy.0
