I eat anywhere from 8-12 eggs per week....my total cholesterol is 120 and my LDL (Bad) cholesterol is around 55. Eating eggs will not negatively affect your cholesterol....if you are eating 4 per week you should be fine. they are a great low cal source of protein.

I eat them once in a while....no more than 2 or 3 times a month. They are low in calories but very high in sodium and they are "processed food" which I try to avoid as much as possible. I think they are OK to have once in a while if you are in a time crunch and have no time to cook....they are certainly better than going…

If you have an Ipod touch or an Iphone, get the Couch to 5 K app....it's really handy. Don't worry though, you can still do it manually. I think it is a great program for "easing" into running. It will definitley help you burn calories and lose weight!!
