  • I stick to 1200 net calories a day. There are definitely days that I go over, but I try to keep those days to a minimum. I try not to deprive myself. If I'm truly hungry and not just bored, then I will go over, but it took a long time to learn the difference. Good luck!
  • The step/curb stretch was a lifesaver for me. I do this about 5-6 times/day! Sounds more like the spot where your achillies connects is inflamed.   • Thanks, all! It was definitely my fastest time since I had only ever run one in practice in around 30 mins... don't know that I could duplicate it, but hey... I did it! Thought I was going to either pass out or lose my breakfast a couple of times, though....
