Hi April...and Sara too. :) I have a trainer, run/walk two miles five days a week, but for some reason weight is not coming off of me. I ended up gaining muscle weight, which they say is good, but I no longer weigh myself anymore. In fact, I do not even own a scale. I am, like you, wanting to lose ten pounds. I'll be happy…
