I'm 5'3 and at 173 pounds. I started at my highest of 187 so I'm working on it! Please feel free to add me, I could use the support and motivation as well!! Current goal is 140 and then will reasses after I get there.

I am on day 21 and have taken 2 rest days. I decided though to turn mine into a 90 day shred and do 30 days of each level.

I am on day 15 and I'm not going to lie...it's still REALLY hard for me, but I keep doing it everyday. I have already lost 7lbs and 2inches off my waist so it's working coupled with 1200-1300 net calories. My stamina is getting better though. Keep it up!!

Oh man..so, the 220 calories I thought I was burning from the GM 30 day shred might not be accurate???! I'm bummed. How can I confirm this?

So..I don't know why but this workout even at only level one seems to be getting harder..I cannot keep up with every jumping jack. Anyone else think its getting more difficult? Not sure why my body is feeling this way. I am on day 8

Ok, I did it for 6 days in a row and I'm exhausted today. Staying within 1200 calories but skipping the shred today :( Maybe I'll get a surge of energy after dinner.

I'm with you. We can do this!!!! 25 more days. What is your biggest challenge? After motivation, mine is the cardio sections...I feel like a wimp. Let's keep on though, everyday is a day closer to 30 :)
