  • HI, I can empathise with you. I think its about making small changes and maintaining them. I usually lose a stone and gain 15lb back. I'm sure you can do it, if your in the right frame of mind now. What healthy eating diet have you decided to follow? Add me and come and chat if you like Lisa x
  • Hello, I'm the same joined last year but now making a real effort to log what i'm eating. Mmm chocolate, now they do say a little bit of dark chocolate is good for us, problem is I munch munch the whole bar :) Lisa :)
  • Hi I know all about aching muscles :) You can go again and do the next one but is it hurt or ache? If ache then thats a good thing, if hurt I'd give it a day and see how you feel tomorrow. Try doing some gentle stretching to ease your muscles. Hope that helps Lisa :)
