You're welcome! I think that most people give up and say it doesn't work for them at that second week because it just seems to be such a long time of getting worse and not better but then suddenly, it all drops off after week 3 and 4. I am now at 1500 losing at the same pace as I did at 1200 lol amazing!

It takes 3-4 weeks normally for the metabolism to heal. When I went from 1300 to 1550, I gained 5lbs the first week, gained 2lbs the second week, got really discouraged but decided to give it just one more week. Lost 6lbs the third week, lost 2lbs the 4th week, and kept losing from there on :D

That's what I do. I log my snacks in the next day's food diary if it puts me over so I know I need to eat a little less to balance it out. I would look up similar foods in the database to get an idea of about how many calories may be in it and then just give it my best guess and enter a high estimate under "quick add"
