I have the same problem starting when I cut my calories back in october. My skin was clear before that. I didn't really change my diet other than cutting my calories back and making sure I got enough protein and iron but it's been almost 4 months now and I'm still waiting on the acne to calm down

That is like the epitome of dieting. Too many rules for me. I eat tons of pies, cakes, pizza, bread, pasta, comfort foods and I hate green tea. I would be miserable on that diet.

Fruit smoothie 1 egg fried in butter, spread with 1tsp fresh ground peanut peanut butter 6 pan seared brussels sprouts 1 serving plain oatmeal with 1/4 cup frozen blueberries mixed in That's about 400 calories and keeps me full for like 6 hours

What kind of exercise are you doing? You shouldn't aspire to be underweight because that will begin to put you at risk for health issues just as overweight does. Maybe you would be happier doing strength training to look more fit and less skinny.

I started at 40.2, just past the line into the Morbidly obese category! My profile picture is me taken in october at 242lbs and morbidly obese. :O I am now 198 and my BMI is 32.9, just plain obese lol :D

I always log my breakfast always the night before (except Saturdays). Lunch, I pre-log about half of the time. Dinner, I rarely preplan just because it's harder to figure out what to make. I try to preplan as much as possible. I do a lot better when I pre-log my meals. When I don't, I tend to not space out my calories…
