Mrs Dash has chicken seasoning which is great there is also Mrs Dash fiesta lime seasoning which has a little bit of a taco seasoning taste with No sodium :)

I do the mashed cauliflower as well.. add fat free cream cheese and mash away.. I do add one small russett potato to smooth out the texture in the cauliflower though :)

it's all water retention... up your water intake for the week of TOM and the week following.. that usually helps me to flush it all out. I normally try to stay away from the scale the week that aunt Flo is visiting.

I didn't exercise as much this week but i really watched what I was eating... i usually make mine with reduced fat cresent rolls crust. But I know people who have used low carb tortillas and liked it that way. bake the crust then add the ranch and the topping after it cools :)

I have never done yoga but the last two days I have been doing a little bit of tai chi (is tai chi a form of yoga? lol) and I feel the same way. Somehow even though you are just breathing and stretching in different positions it feels great afterwards :)

This week my goals are to watch my sodium levels and try to keep it under.. up my water and my veggies. I've been doing really well at getting in fruit but not so good on veggies. I need to up my exercise this week because I had a bad couple of days with eating so I need to work it out.

Had a 2.8 lb loss this week and I am beyond estatic about it. Its my TOM week and usually I gain 3-5 lbs because of water retention.. this week I upped my water like crazy and really tried to watch my sodium.. its so hard especially when you are on a budget and all the budget foods seem to be loaded with extra sodium! 356.4 this morning.. thats 2.8 lbs less than last week. It's not my goal (which was 4 lbs) but I will definately take it. This is my TOM week and usually I gain this week so I was SOOOOO happy to see a loss. Congrats to everyone who worked hard this week to make a difference in their lives :)
