Try filtered or spring water. I used to hate water, even filtered and spring used to make me feel sick (literally) But I drank it anyway and after a few weeks I found myself quite liking it. It does still get boring sometimes so I get some sugar free flavored spring water (maybe get through 2-3 ltrs a week) At 12 calories…

According to my HRM I've burned 1024 calories over 2 sessions out on my bike today. 108 minutes total. I knocked it down to 826 when I logged it on here though. Still the most I've done in one day now.

Female 5ft6.5", 184lbs with another 40 minimum to lose. I aim for 1550 NET so depends how much exercise I've done. If I burn 2-300 exercising then I tend to eat it all back but if it's higher I still only tend to eat 2-300 back so net around 1250.

Most I've burned according to my HRM is 700ish from 1hr 20mins cycling, though I knocked it down to around 500 when I logged to account for any error/inaccuracy. No doubt I could hit the 1000 cal mark if I stayed on my bike long enough, I don't really need to though and don't really want to either. I'd have to get to 1200…

Age: 25 Height: 5ft 6.5" Highest weight: 250 pounds Lowest weight: I couldn't tell you. I haven't been my current weight since I was 13, always been heavier. Current weight: 186.5 pounds Goal weight: 150 pounds Ultimate goal weight: 140 pounds

It took me about 3 and a half months to lose my first 30 pounds. My starting weight was 240lbs. It's taken 6 months and 6 days to lose this next 24 pounds. It slowed down for a while about 2 months ago but seems to have picked up again now, I've lost 6 pounds in the last 30 days. It really just depends on you. There is no…

Don't have a problem with them and don't see a problem with them. I lived on Pepsi Max for years, it was eventually the caffeine that made me stop. It never had an impact on my weight though. I have one small bottle (330ml) of 7up Free a week (Friday afternoon/evening) and I get through 3-4 ltrs of sparkling, flavored…

We have 3 cats: Harry, who is 13, and the biggest softy in the world - We used to have his brother, George, but he went missing a few years ago. They were both rescue cats. And Oscar & Leo who are half bengal. They are brothers, almost 6 months old - Oscar is on the right, marbled one. Leo on the left, the spotty-ish one.…

My goal weight right now will just put me at the very top end of a healthy BMI. That's my main goal but I will be aiming for a lower weight once I get there, I just don't know how low. Probably only another 10 or so pounds (100 total)

For the last few weeks I've planned 5-6 days in advance. We do our shopping on Saturday, I have the same for breakfast and lunch most days, so it's just a case of deciding what dinner I want on what night. I don't usually log snacks in advance unless I know for sure I'll be having something. I usually have anything between…

McDonald's cheap? XD It really isn't. Last time we had a McDonalds (3 of us, and it was a while ago now, last year sometime) it was nearly £20. For 3 people. I can cook a far more nutritious and delicious tuna steak dinner for us for half that. And just "no" anyway. McDonald's is not nutritious. Its fine for a treat every…

Don't really care how many calories other people burn/log/think they burned but actually didn't. If it's that far out they will fail in the end and change something. I personally never trusted MFP's or Runtastic's estimates and usually cut some calories off what they said. I have a HRM now but still take a fair few off the…

Every day since I started (299 days). Also log in advance (have the next 6 days done)

745 on May 26th this year. 1550 goal plus a few extra from exercise. Family meal out for someone's birthday. Cake etc lol then just snacky/buffet things later in the evening. I'd made up for it (and the 660 I'd gone over a few days before) by the end of the week anyway :) Added up all my "over goal" calories since I…

If it feels like a workout, sure. If you get your heart rate up and break a sweat then log it. You certainly burned more calories than you would have just sitting around doing nothing. I'd probably under-estimate though.

I have that problem. I can sort of understand it when it's different stores (although there should be a standard) but I have a t-shirt and a jacket from the Tu range at Sainsburys. The t-shirt is a size 24 and JUST fits. The jacket is a size 16 and fits perfectly O_o Most places I seem to be a 16 t-shirt and 18 trousers,…

I log everything, but with low-cal stuff I'm less concerned about exact weights. Take the jelly I had tonight. 1 serving is 9 calories. I probably actually had 1.25 servings but I'm not fussing over 2-3 cals. Same with the lettuce at lunch, but with that I over-estimate. That kind of thing evens out in the end.

3 months - I'd like to be 15lbs lighter 1 year - I'd like to be at my goal weight of around 140lbs, and maintaining it. My current goal is 150lbs, which would put me at a healthy BMI (but only just) 135-140lbs would be ideal.

Coventry here. Already lost 50lbs but looking to lose another 40-50. Feel free to add me :)

Our cat Harry licks everyone he sees. If you pick him up he will grab your arm with both paws and pull it towards him, then lick lick lick XD He's 13 and has always done it. We don't see him as much as normal at the moment, he's kind of unimpressed with the 2 kittens we got a few months ago so spends most the time outside.…

Yes. Will have it's whole life planned out for it. Will be told what to do, where to go, what to wear, what to say. Will be forced into the Royal way of life whether they want it or not.

I was skinny until I hit puberty. From then I started to get bigger, but not fat really. I think I was always prone to eventually get overweight though. I didn't watch what I ate really, although I was very active until I got to secondary school (Age 12). At that point I still wasn't overweight or anything, I just wasn't…

Top of my chest/collar bone area. Seriously, despite still being pretty big everywhere else, that area could be from the skinniest person. I am noticing it everywhere apart from my thighs now though :)

Grilled tuna steak in a honey and soy marinade with cous cous, salad and boiled new potatoes. Plus a spoon of low-fat mayo :)

I usually have sugar free jell-o/jelly if I'm that close to my goal. Either ready-made pots (9 calories) or however much I feel like of a large bowl I've done myself. Even if I ate the whole lot it would only be 40 calories. Sometimes add fruit and/or no fat natural yoghurt.

I can't really pick one, but I decided a while ago that when I was asked this question I would say The Lion King. So The Lion King. It's just a great movie. It has everything. I loved it the first time I saw it when I was about 6 years old, and loved it the literally hundreds of times I've watched it since then. Never…

A 700+ calorie fat and sugar filled ice cream sundae at the pub after our weekly meal. Or any other dessert for that matter. Was tempted as I have a tonne of calories to spare today, but I wasn't really hungry for it and I know I would feel guilty after.
