I wouldn't have a problem hitting my calorie goal everyday (NET around 1600), I have a problem hitting my calorie goal while staying healthy. I could easily eat a 300 calorie bar of chocolate every evening to eat back my exercise calories. I would (and do) struggle to find 300 healthy calories, which seems to be about my…

At the moment it's just corn flakes with semi-skimmed milk. Sometimes add half a peach. In general it varies from the above, Weetabix with blueberries w/S-s milk, Alpen Original (No added sugar) with milk or 2 soft boiled eggs with 2 slices of white bread. I'm not that adventurous.

Thanks guys, I doubt I will log it, just wanted some opinions. And just to clarify, I'm not "desperate" for extra calories. I already did a 5 mile bike ride earlier today (as I do most days, minimum) burning almost 400 cals. I've just had my last main meal of the day and have 500 calories to spare just to get my NET for…

Surely the fact that it raises my HR means it's cardio...... AFAIK the FT7 estimates your vo2max. I have no idea what it actually is, or what the FT7 thinks it is. Like I said I'm not planning to replace any of my current exercise with drumming, I'm just wondering if I should log an extra 100 or so cals if/when I play.

I'm losing weight to hopefully gain some confidence. If that leads to meeting a guy then that's fine, I wouldn't say it's my primary reason for losing weight/wanting to gain confidence though :) Besides, the only guy I actually want to be with right now is very taken, so, yeah :/

I don't change my workout when it's raining really. If it's light rain I'll still go out on my bike and if it's heavy I'll go for a walk. I have cycled in heavy rain (accidently, was stuck a mile from anywhere, looked like I'd showered with all my clothes on) but I prefer not to, mostly because my brakes don't work in rain…

I usually just aim for a 40-50 cycle a day, around midday, but more often than not I end up adding a short walk late-afternoon as well.

Chocolate. I got 2 bars recently, planning to just have a square or 2 a night. They were gone in a week >_< But basically any food I like that is easy to snack on. Yoghurt (especially if it's just in 1 big pot, I tend to have a spoonful here, a spoonful there. Soon adds up I'm sure), berries, jelly, biscuits, cereal and…

I feel guilty if I take a rest day, even if I know I need it. I usually end up doing some form of exercise even if it's just a quick 20 min walk. I've been forced into resting this weekend and probably today thanks to a bad leg cramp I got on Sat morning, leg still hurts from it. I just try to be extra good with my food…

I guess 2-3 ltrs a day, maybe a bit more. It's literally all I drink though.

I've honestly never tried it, but never like the look of it. I guess I should try it one day, seems like it would be a good addition as long as it actually tastes nice.

I always wore baggy clothes anyway, skater type clothes. Really baggy jeans and t-shirts. They were very unflattering but even more so recently given the 45+ pounds I've lost. I was fairly happy to keep going how I was but my mum kept saying I need to buy new clothes, and she'd even pay for them. So I went out with my…

MFP sets my goal at 1310 a day for a 1.5 pound a week loss, I try to net as close to that as I can. Though the weight loss has slowed recently so I'm considering dropping it to 1 pound loss a week which will up it to around 1500. Again I'll try to net that, so eat back my exercise cals.

A bit less than planned but I was trying to take it easy, giving the legs a rest. Total cycled so far: 56.2 Total walked: 11.2 Total overall: 67.4 out of 150 mile goal

260 days for the 46-47 pounds I've lost so far. While the weight loss has slowed down recently, I'm pretty happy with that. Especially considering 1 year ago I was the heaviest I've ever been and extremely unhappy.

I personally have no fat and low sugar yoghurt. Onken Natural Fat Free. 0 fat and 6g of sugar per 150g. Then I add whatever I want to it. Fruit, cereal, sugar free jelly (jell-o) I only have 50-75g at a time. It tastes nice on it's own for a few mouthfuls but then get's a bit, I don't know exactly, not so nice.

I'm not employed, but if I was they sure as hell wouldn't have access to my Facebook. No one I work with would either I doubt, unless I was really good friends with them. I have 2 FB accounts, one I use all the time with my friends on, one I never use with my family on lol.

I'm getting used to it on my desktop, but it's definitely designed to be used with a touch screen, which is just annoying. It would not be that hard for them to add the start menu back and have all the useful stuff like shutdown and restart. I've had to put my own shortcut on the start page for shutdown and that's not…

A couple of things. I've hated pics of myself for years but never had the motivation to do anything. I've also had no confidence for years but again never had the motivation to do anything. I've also always felt that it's just me, my family. My brother is bigger, my mum is, grandma, he brother and dad etc. It always made…

I feel really guilty if I have a cheat day so I try not to anymore. The only time I will is for special occasions. For example it is my brother's birthday (twins, they are 30) on Thur and we are going out for a family meal on Friday night. I will probably skip breakfast or lunch, and/or go for an extra long cycle and then…

:P I do enjoy it thanks. I wouldn't eat it if I didn't. The milk and blueberries I add make it plenty sweet enough. I'd love to eat Fruit Loops every day, and do have a box in the kitchen, but I'm trying to cut down on sugar intake.

Because it's not that simple. I have social anxiety disorder from years of bullying at school. It's made me extremely self conscious about not only my looks but my voice too. I know it's stupid that I let people's comments bring me down, I know it's stupid that I literally can't answer the phone if I don't know who it is,…

Sony/PS4 is sounding so much better than M$/Xbox One. The only thing that interested me from M$ was the Halo teaser. PS4 having Beyond: Two Souls, The Last of Us and Killzone Shadow Fall was enough to convince me, then they announced all the used games, no DRM/always-online stuff (which Xbox One has, I don't care how they…

I don't know but I go for low sugar ones. Weetabix, Corn Flakes, Shredded Wheat etc.
-
I don't really, but I tend to have the same/similar things for breakfast and lunch so just end up having the same for each meal every day. I'll change it around if I need to, i.e. if I'm going out for a meal so I know I'll need more for dinner I'll eat less through the day or just skip meals.

Yup. I've lost almost all the weight I have from walking. I have started cycling now so the latest 2-3 pounds are from that, but walking certainly works. I started with short, slow-ish walks and gradually increased distance and/or speed. My average is around 17-18 mins per mile and I try to do 3-4 miles a day if I'm not…

Kangaroo steak, rare. I wouldn't even care what I had with it really. Some form of potato, maybe an orange sauce.

Keep them. I haven't actually purchased any new clothes recently but I have some around from when I was younger that haven't fit for years. Some do now fit and some are not far off. It's good motivation for me, and I love that I can fit into things I haven't worn in years, even if it's just a t-shirt.
