I've only just started cycling too (well, a month ago I think) but I'm already seeing results as far as my fitness goes. I started off doing 20-30 mins round the park, 1/3 of that was flat, 1/3 downhill and 1/3 uphill (which I walked) and that was hard work. Now I've got a nice route sorted that is 5 miles/35-40 mins,…

Currently eating chicken and stuffing sandwiches with iceberg lettuce :)

Weetabix, just enough milk to make them completely soggy and some blueberries on the top :D

I don't really plan it but I'm usually over on Sat and/or Sun. I've only just started exercising over the weekend (usually just one day, rest the other) But I do need to break out of the habit of eating too much. Seems I spend all week getting back on track after a bad weekend. Great if I was going for maintenance but I…

I'm in, will post starting weight etc tomorrow when I know it :)

It's the first time I've tried actually. But I guess the reason I haven't tried before is because I just didn't have any motivation. I do now. Besides getting bored of hating myself, I need to try something to get some more confidence because I haven't been living my life. I don't know if/how much it will help if I ever do…

Whatever you like? I've always had the belief that you should eat/drink the stuff you like, not force yourself to have stuff you don't just because it might be a bit healthier. If you're worried about going over goals with it then have less. I personally have 125ml of semi-skimmed every morning with my Weetabix. The fat…

I'm from and currently live in Coventry, UK. Would like to change that though (Chicago or Sydney :D)

Not a huge fan, and wasn't going to bother replying, but then I saw this: I need this in my life. I've never tried it but I know I would love it lol

I possibly would but I don't really like my workout clothes. Well, the only things I've purchased specifically for working out are a pair of tracksuit bottoms and some 3/4 length shorts. They are a bit tight round the top and really baggy lower down. I don't wear flattering clothes anyway (baggy jeans and t-shirt) but they…

I decided a while ago to not care too much about my sugar intake as the goal seemed very low and I was always over but still losing weight. Good to see other people's opinions and some confirmation that I shouldn't worry too much. I mostly focus on total cals, fat and sat fat. I still try to avoid added sugar as much as…

Where ever I have room I guess. I usually make the cut-off whenever I go to sleep but if I'm already over for the day then I sometimes add it on the next day. I care more about my weekly intakes rather than day-to-day.

Yes, the only exercise I've done is walking, mostly because I can't do much else, but it's worked for me so far. I started off with short distances, then I upped the distance. After that seemed to be getting a bit too easy I lowered the distance but upped the speed. Now I'm either going to start the long walks again or…

Not recent comics, but have a collection of 300 or so Amazing Spider-Man comics, the earliest being Issue 30-something (been a while since I looked at them) and a full run from around Issue 250 to 400ish. I don't have any of the really rare/valuable ones, but the ones I do have are in mint condition mostly and a few of the…

I don't really. I walk every day, free and I much prefer that than the thought of going to a gym. I did buy a Kinect for Xbox and some fitness games, about £90 total, but I've hardly used it so going to sell it. Will probably get most if not all that £90 back.

Every morning and every night. I need to know I'm not gaining for more than a few days if a row, or not staying at the same weight for too long. I'd honestly get more paranoid about it/drive myself crazy if I only weighed once a week.
-
Not really. I mean I never eat super healthily really, but I'm almost always below my goals and am losing weight so I'm not going to change that while it's working. I've been tempted to have cheat days, and used to call Friday my cheat day but it all still fits in my goals. Very occasionally go out for a family meal, I try…

Manage quite easily without eating marge or butter, but a little of either every now and again isn't going to kill you.

I was a thin child I guess, although don't remember it much. Once I hit 10-11 I started getting bigger. Not fat really, just bigger. I don't remember much of my childhood for some reason. Turned into just being overweight by 13-14 and been that way ever since.

Every day, but I don't really care about the numbers. I just want to make sure I'm either not gaining for a few days in a row, or staying put for a week or more. If I do then I try to change something.

No, I can't. I keep checking for messages from a certain someone. Never are any but I still look lol. Plus it's just habit now, I probably check my phone every 15-20 mins.

Comfort eating during secondary school because I was bullied a lot, always depressed etc. Not really caring about what I ate or thinking about how bad it might be for me. Although, while I didn't care about what I ate, I was also one of the most active kids until I had put on a fair bit of weight. I guess my eating was…

I'm not a huge fan of where I live, it's never really felt like home, so moving away is something I've thought about a lot. There are only several places I'd consider though. 2 are in Australia. Sydney - We've had some amazing holidays there and I just love it. Terrigal - About an hour north of Sydney. Have a family member…

Lost around 3lb. Just watched what I ate, only had one serving of Christmas dinner, small pudding, a healthy(ish) snack for tea. Same on Boxing day. I'm actually up 1/4lb from yesterdays weight but I let it go a bit yesterday, and I haven't been exercising either. Back to eating normal from today and I'll probably go back…

Cheese I guess. I used have loads with spaghetti. I went through a stage of having 200ish grams of cheese every lunch with my microwave spag bol. As in, every day for several weeks. But just too much food in general. I never ate breakfast, would eat a lot for lunch, have a snack in the afternoon, eat a lot and unhealthily…

Geeky stuff for my PC. Corsair K90 keyboard and M60 mouse. Razer Vespula Mass Effect 3 Limited Edition mouse mat. Halo 4, Dishonored Limited Edition and Need for Speed Most Wanted on Xbox. Slippers, socks and body spray (cause you have to) A few chocolates (small box of After Eight mints, bag of Twirl bite things) Fruit…

Depends on the child, but I still would say they should be at least 12. My 11 year old cousin gets left home alone and has done for a few years. I'm not sure if his 9 and 7 year old sisters also get left, I think they do although apparently not for very long at a time. He is not a well behaved child though, and the 3 of…

Usually #1, especially on weekdays. I log on in the morning, log my breakfast and dinner then decide on what's for lunch from there. Saturday I tend to log on in the afternoon after shopping, I do the same again though. Log breakfast and dinner then decide on lunch. Sunday I log in whenever, it's usually morning though. I…
