I also just finished the C25K program with Run double and ran my first race at the end of September finishing just under 32 min. Since then I have been using the 5k improver app on Run double. Great job! I'm glad you did it! I am on week 4 of the couch to 5k program and I was worried about what others thought at first too. Now I look forward to my 3 days a week of running, I absolutely love it! (except for the awful shin splints)

I just finished day 4. It seems to be getting easier. I am looking forward to banish fat boost metabolism. I get bored doing the 30 day shred level 1.

I'll join. I just finished Ripped in 30 yesterday. I haven't taken my measurements yet, but I can tell there is a difference. I was going to start the 30DS again today.

I love Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. I have also heard good things about her video ripped in 30. I am on day 18 of the 30 day shred and have lost 6 lbs. I haven't taken my measurements yet but I can definitely feel a difference in my clothes.

I was thinking about buying insanity, but then realized I already had the 30 day shred. I have tried it before but never finished. I thought that I should try and get through 30 days of that before spending the money on Insanity. You can do the 30 day shred for free on Utube. I am on day 15 and am loving it!

Day 2 of level 2 done! I really don't like level 2, but at least it's something different.

That's alright, just start back where you left off. It's better than not finishing. It took me 20 days to finish the first level. I just did level 2 day 1 today. It was really hard!

I am also having trouble staying on track. I am still on level 1. I will do day 10 tomorrow. I am excited to start a new level. I have gotten kinda bored with level 1. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

So I took a week off after doing 6 days of level 1. Would you just start over or just start back with day 7?

I am having trouble staying motivated because I have gained weight since starting. I have skipped the last two days and have been eating horrible. I need to get back on track tomorrow! It is motivating to see everyone else getting good results!

I have had my mirena IUD for about 3 months. So far I love that I am not having a period, just a little spotting when I first had it placed. I am having trouble losing weight though. I am not sure if it is from the IUD or if it's something else. I just had my son 4 months ago so maybe it's just from having a baby.

Day 5 done! I'm feeling good, and I think it's getting easier (except for the push ups).

Level 1 day 4 done! I felt better today. I am using 5 lb weights for most of the workout. I have to use 3 lbs for the front raises w/ side lunges. Those are hard! I am excited to finish the first 10 days and take my measurements!

So I decided to take today off. I was just feeling too tired. I will continue with day 4 tomorrow. I am also going to try and do additional cardio a couple days a week.
