I suppose you could call me a seamstress (although my skills are modest) I taught myself to sew and machine embroider and I sell my things on Etsy and Ebay in order to make ends meet to stay home with my kids.

Mainly walking and a lot of it!! Usually pushing my heavy double stroller with 75 pounds worth of kids in it. Either the treadmill at the gym or in my neighborhood. 3-4 miles per hour on an incline for at least 45 minutes and I've been doing that every day.
