Fantastic!!! Welcome my sister. I entered overweighthood awhile back. Isn't it wonderful? I'll be watching for the day we enter normalhood, although I don't know if that is a weight that is good for me. You should be very proud and treat yourself to doing something special to you. Continuing downward, Terrie0

I know when I went from "overweight" to "normal" range I darn near cried.
Oh and the day I realized I weighed less than it said on my driver's license I just about lost it altogether!!!!0 -
Thanks everyone! You guys are great!0

awesum for you! I think that word sucks PERIOD... unless your like 400 pounds! then i think over wt works for a LOTTA pounds over wt.. OBESE is bad.. .sounds like an elephant.. who knows.. but for my height.. and actual wt on a scale.. even after this wt loss im prolly still considered "obese".. even though i can wear a size 12/14! so yeah.. some verbage can fly a kite with me, LOL

You know you can be underweight and still be medically obese. It really has nothing to do with how much you weigh but the percentage of fat to muscle. NWMO is the acronym. used, Normal Weight Medially Obese. I know competitive power lifters and based on their height and weight we would call them obese; however, their body fat is low, low, lower than the normal body fat percentage.0 -
Congrats, My BMI is 34, I am no longer obese, I am overweight and it feels great!!0

Oh wow, Congrats! Love your sense of humor too. Very motivating thread. Congrats to all of you dropping BMI's and categories, so awesome!0
