Consistency. A binge for a day may not seem like a big deal but those extra calories don't just disappear.

Usually when I do this I eat a lot less throughout the day to be safe (only if I'm going out to a restaurant, friends place, etc.)

Keep going that's 2 lbs a week, amazing! I feel as though I lose weight in a pattern as well.. Weight loss is not linear. Also, if you fear being in a plateau try eating less on some days!

I used to eat an entire medium pizza for myself because on campus they're like $8 on the weekend. I would eat the entire medium pizza as a SINGLE meal.. Im glad that phase is over!

It's impossible that you don't lose weight when you exercise. Maybe your muscles were retaining a bit of water? Maybe your body was tightening up overall but since it was only two weeks the inches aren't showing yet? Weight loss isn't linear :)

I eat the same things for a week and then my grocery store has a student discount on Tuesdays (today!) and I go and get enough food for that week. Any lean meat is low cal high protein. (chicken, turkey, some cuts of beef)

Measure things out instead of eye balling it and if you don't want to physically ingest more food then try preparing foods with more ingredients. Ex. cook eggs in butter or olive oil, etc

Everyone in my family and around me is really thin and they're all happy too! Not that I'm overweight or anything but I guess it depends on where you live and what you're surrounded by. Also I've come to realize being bigger doesn't mean someone is necessarily unhealthy! :)

Just stick to MFP guidelines and aim for 2lbs a week weight loss, which is 16 lbs over two months but if you are at a larger weight it could end up being 16-20+ lbs in two months, it all depends! Log everything you eat and stick to the calorie amount allotted, exercise, drink water and get enough sleep! :) Good luck

You obviously have a sweet tooth so just plan for a cookie or brownie or something every other day or so (or whenever you want it). Restricting will only lead to a huge binge.

Since you're really short you probably DO have to eat less than 1200 cals a day to lose weight. But maybe speak to your doctor or someone about your weight loss goals?

Crystal light with fiber, comes in two flavours. The berry one is amazing. It says "3 carbs" but it has 3 grams of fiber and so the carbs are cancelled out. Tastes like juice! ETA: Also the regular Crystal light singles have 0 carbs, a delicious flavour is lemon-lime which tastes just like lemonade.

Well since you lost 28 lbs already I guess it doesn't matter for you! But if you ever find your weight loss stalling of slowing down it might be a good idea to start looking at the fruits and veggies
