My mom is 5'9 and weighs around 125-130 and is slim but that's natural for her. Maybe you could aim for that if you like the super slim look?

Just look through the success stories. And also, logically, counting calories is the most foolproof way to lose weight since weight loss is calories in - calories out!

You're husband clearly has an eating disorder which you've made pretty obvious. If you want a dog and it won't affect his sleep than there is really no reason as to why you should not get one! :)

Save some calories here and there throughout the day and eat some of what you are craving? Or just eat healthier foods (you can probably eat a lot more apple slices dipped in no sugar added melted chocolate than you can cheetos for the same calories!)

Focus on creating meals using staples, such as: milk, bread, cheese, butter, frozen vegetables, canned/condensed soups etc. Whatever money left over use on fresh produce. buy frozen and canned goods in bulk and just store them.

size zero is a 23 inch waist, most models are actually a size 2. I think size zero only looks good when the person still has a decent body fat percentage.

If you're pear shaped you will always be pear shaped, but you can reduce body fat and build muscle! :)

You workout and eat well so keep doing what you're doing. 24 inch waists are really small, even supermodels struggle to keep their waists at 24 inches.

If you're using such a small amount just use sugar or maybe try switching to green tea! (No sugar and has a great taste)

That's good enough and seems like a very realistic goal, but if you monitor calorie intake and workout 2-3/week you're going to lose more than 5-10 lbs in 4 months.

You could eat around 800 calories on workout days and then just eat back exercise calories! (It's an extremely low calorie diet but that's how to lose 15 lbs in 13 weeks..)
