You can do a yoga warm up and then a yoga cool down

The worst advice possible.

On my period I completely eat an 80-10-10 raw vegan diet. My period lasts from 3-4 days and eating in this manner helps me feel energized, clear headed and not totally beachy (hehe) . I have a sweet tooth and so going HCLF for a few days really helps me not kill someone. I also keep it low sodium and drink all the water I…

Try to stick to eating 1400 calories a day at the very least of whole, unprocessed foods if you want to lose weight. Eat more on days when you work out. Search through the forums for more information, or just google it! :)

Google Loni Jane, you can be pregnant without gaining massive amounts of weight à la Kim K and still be healthy :)

If you don't know what you ate how would you log it? If you can guess a calorie intake then go ahead but if you cannot remember there are no other options then to skip the meal (not the entire day) and log tomorrow. You still have dinner to log (if you want to!) :)

I did not detect any snark.

1. Youtube the banana girl / fully raw kristina / durian rider ETC. 2. Log everything 3. Lean in no time! "How long will it take you to get to the beach? Depends where you are, keep walking" - DurianRider

I'm in the same boat. I treat exam time the same way I treat the rest of the school year. Keep up a routine. I personally stick to eating 3 large meals a day and that's it, no snacks. Search high carb low fat vegan snacks for healthy options if you feel the need :) Good luck on finals

You will eventually crash on 900 a day. Work your way up to 1200 AT LEAST. 900 is not sustainable in the long term. When you burn out you might feel like a failure but you're not.. It's just unnatural to try to function on only 900 and THRIVE. A very popular you tuber came from a background of ED and is now extremely lean…

Workout when you can fit it into your schedule. Eat whole foods that are less processed/packaged as possible. Try to get 70% of your groceries from the produce section. Staples are a variety of in season, RIPE fruit and vegetables, rice, corn, potatoes, etc. (if you're not a vegan add lean cuts of meat in small portions,…

If one serving has less than 5 calories manufacturers legally can print 0 calories. Nothing has 0 calories, not even diet coke. ONLY WATER

Just slice the lemon and cucumber and put them in a ziplock bag. Bring them with you

Awesome. I avoid asterisks like the plague!

College student meal plan pretty much (minus string cheese [I get a huge block for $6 and it lasts a while] and minus tortillas)
-
Seems like a small amount of calories.. add more variety to your foods and just continue to eat whole foods. As in avoid packaged items with ingredients you can't pronounce.
-
Save some calories for later on. I used to eat my dinners in bed like a decent 600 cal meal while in bed. Eventually I just learned to mentally adjust and not eat after a certain time. I wake up feeling a lot better

I understand all nighters as a college student. It didn't affect weight loss.. more like my mood and sleeping/eating patterns for two to three days

You can't live off of frozen meals forever. They are not the answer

60 grams a day is great! Most people don't get enough

Strongly agree. Children should not be taken away because a family is giving a child too much food. Simply educate them/offer counselling/etc.

Almond milk is better overall. Stick to Almond Breeze unsweetened milk, they have regular, vanilla and chocolate for like 30-40 calories per cup.
-
Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables and find the ones that you like (taste wise)
-
You should eat all fruit ALONE, as in a mono meal. Because fruit digests quickly, mixing it with other foods can cause bloating in your digestive tract. This is just a proven fact! Nothing can cause weight gain except an excess of calories.

Focus on diet first. Bring in exercise afterwards. It's a long process but it can be fun! :)
