So I can't sleep today and I was thinking of just staying up, having some Pepsi max to keep me awake, doing some exercise early in the morning, going shopping then coming back for a sleep at say 1 till 4. How will this effect my weight loss.

once in a while, it's probably fine. on a regular basis though, it'll wreak havoc. i know when back to school rolled around and i had to start getting up in the mornings again, i started gaining, among other things. i thought there was something wrong with me and went to the dr. turns out i just needed more sleep.0

I understand all nighters as a college student. It didn't affect weight loss.. more like my mood and sleeping/eating patterns for two to three days0
