I love my Sportline HRM. I bought it from Sports Authority, ran be about 70 bucks. It tracks my heart rate, calories burned, has a stop watch and a timer, and displays the time and date. Also I can check my heartrate just by touching the watchface and it doesn't require a chest strap.

Pant sizes have nothing to do with weight. You can drop a few pants sizes without shedding a pound on the scale, especially if you're weight lifting. Try doing weekly measurements.

I do too, but my hubband is underweight, so I'm always slipping protein and sugar into his foods.

I am 5'7" and my goal weight is 150 also. I think it's a good weight for me, and I'm similar to you in the regards that, as far as I remember, 165 was my lightest and I felt pretty good at that weight. At least compared to how I feel now.
