yep - I plan - I put together a menu for the week and do my shopping based on that menu - it's better to have a plan than go crazy eating things you shouldn't when you're really hungry

Used Betty Crocker Premium Choc Chip Muffin/Bread mix and canned pumpkin only = 172 calories per muffin - watch the mix you use - now sure which one gets you only 75 calories...........

You know, 50 is young!!!! I'm 58 and feel awesome. I've been able to keep my weight under control for the last 2.5 years. I exercise a lot. But I wasn't that way in my early 50's.
