Ron's chicken teriyaki dinner

16 ounces of raw boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
3 cups of raw pineapple cubed
2 cups raw zucchini sliced
3 cups of raw bell pepper green/red sliced julienne
3 cups whole mushrooms cut in half
12 ounce bottle of teriyaki marinade by Safeway 20 calories per tbsp.

Add all ingredients into a cake pan covered and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 10 cups. 154 calories per cup.




Served over brown rice.

Made this recipe while camping and used a cheap alumimum pan.
