Good morning. Today is my 29th day of a strict carnivore diet. I have lost 11 pounds to date, with about 15 to go. I did have to start a water app on my phone once I hit a plateau. I started on November 19th. I have lost half a pound every day since then. We (hubby and I) stick to Meat, eggs, and butter (we don't use a lot of butter; we enjoy bacon grease). We do use hard cheese just for a flavor change, but not often. I am excited to see how far this journey takes us. Good luck on your journey.

Day 4 for me, and sure helps with between meal snacking. I do follow the meal plans and pay attention to portion sizes. Good luck!

I had to reboot my computer and lost the spread sheet tried to go back to it so I can log my weight and it will not let me open it not sure why not. Thank you Nancy

String cheese is a good snack, and makes you feel like you are eating fun food. Good luck!

You could also be eating more sodium and retaining water weight.

I am so thankful that I have some one/thing to be accountable to weekly. Even though I do not know one person in the group, I still feel like I owe it to each and every one of you to work hard and be successful.

We had chicken tacos tonight and used lettuce for out shell. Sure cut down on the calories and carbs by not using a shell.

The March Progress to Goal is not calculating and will not let me put in a formula. Can someone fix this?

Husband and I are on low carb/high protein and we try to stay uncer 30/50 carbs for the day and 70/90 grams of protein. I think you will have to find your own balance.

I agree with this statement. Shed the dead weight and your weight will fall right off. Good luck and stay strong. :)

I am also from the Great Lakes area, we are so over the snow and cold. We have been trying to get all of our inside stuff done. As soon as the sun/warms days hit we are heading outside and no complaining of the heat. Hang in there we have less than 40 to go.

We are the exact same on the ht/wt I think you should stay at your calories and up the protein and lower the carbs. I did not look at your diary.

I have been check for diabetes and I am fine. I don't put any thing in my coffee. I am not sure why I drink so much,. I do drink about 8 cups of water a day and the rest is coffee. If I follow the half your weight thing I should be drinking about 78 ounces of just water.
