Will you be creating a new sheet for this month?
Used fitnesspal last year and would like to start my weight out as of 1-1-15 so I can see how much I am loosing now not adding to last year. Can I change this?
Am I hurting or helping my weight loss? I drink about 250 ounces of fluid water/coffee a day not counting fluid from my food. I don't think I am loosing weight like I should be.
