Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is by far my favorite by her! It consists of 7 intense 6 minute circuits that do not require any equipment. I lost a few pounds and tightened up when I did this DVD consistently a few months back. Good luck and enjoy which ever one you choose!

whew! a ton of plank position moves, so my wrists and ankles felt really strained. felt good though and I can tell I'm getting much stronger because I can do the full round of crabs now, yay!

Did Cardio last night. It was actually a lot easier this time around; I have run outside a few times lately, so I think that has helped build my cardio endurance.

Oh that's good to hear... I feel way behind! I had to take a week off for vacation, then I ran outside a few times when it was super nice outside, rather than do BR. So, that is how I got behind. But I am back! :) I am glad to be on the same week as you as well!

I actually twisted my foot doing running mans, so I feel your pain (literally)! It hurts when I turn it certain ways too. Running mans are dangerous :|

What has worked, personally, for me is starting off slow. Don't try to run too fast or for too long at first because that's when I always get shin splints. Your shins will adjust if you slowly ease into running... or at least in my experience they have :) Oh and also sitting and drawing the alphabet in the air with each…

Did Cardio last night! It felt really good, as my body is fully healed now. However, my elbow gave out on me during burpees and it feels very strange now... @harieta it seems very similar to what happened to your wrist! I will take it easy on moves that put a lot of strain on my elbow.

Well I did it! It was very tough and my muscles definitely didn't feel as strong as usual, but it was good.

Cardio 2 was a lot easier this time around, but I was so sore and had to stop and stretch out my legs quite a few times.

Did Workout 5 for the second time yesterday and it seemed so much harder than the first time around. I was super sore and it really threw my balance off for all the moves. Feeling much stronger nonetheless! My triceps are adapting and crabs are becoming much easier for me now.

Did workout 6 yesterday evening and am feeling sore in my glutes as well! It was tough and I couldn't do it all but I look forward to getting stronger.

Yes, Omar absolutely kills everything! I find myself watching him the most. I like Mimi too... her faces are priceless! I also really like Sari (the brunette) because she looks like she's in as much pain as I am most times :p

As for injuries... it's my calves and achilles that are giving me issues no matter how much I stretch them! Will keep on keepin on and hopefully they'll get with the program (literally) haha

DONE with phase 1! (*) So glad to be done with Cardio 1... it was way easier this time around but still gave me a great workout. Looking forward to starting Week 5 tonight!

Starting Phase 2 tonight... I feel so strong and am noticing changes in my body. I am getting a ton of compliments from people I don't see often; it feels great!
