I like to add a packet of onion soup mix on top of a beef roast and add about an inch of water. You can add carrots to it after a few hours. It's super easy and yummy!

I usually have a yogurt and a babybel cheese. I also like to have oatmeal with some apples or brown sugar if I have time to make it.
