I am 5'3 and 50. When I knew I was in trouble with my weight I was 186.5. I have maybe two pictures. I did NOT like to have picture taken. I was ashamed and embarrassed. I do not know how to post. I lost some weight before I joined MFP, then I lost more since joining. Today it is a total of 80 lbs.
I am no longer trying to lose weight. I am trying to gain muscle.
You can do it. You just have dig deep inside yourself.0 -

5 feet tall here. Before is about 228 and the after is about 150. I still want to lose another 20ish pounds.

In my profile picture you see me at around 187lbs (that was my highest starting weight in July 2011). The picture was taking the prvious March. And at 141lbs earlier this month. I am 56 and 5ft 1. I still have some pounds to go.1

I started this so long ago LOL I am 5'3". Before kids I was around 180. Highest weight during pregnancy is 225. I lost a significant amount between children, and I now say I lost 80lbs, twice LOL I did it by not eating out much and eliminating as much processed foods (lean cuisines, box meals, etc) and everything else in moderation. I still enjoy wine, chocolate, and pizza ;-P I also work out A LOT, I'm kind of an addict

I'm 5'2 my starting weight was 148 lbs. My current weight is 137 lbs. I lost 10-11 lbs before myfitnesspal and so I was stuck at 138 lbs. I joined because I couldn't lose anymore weight and so far I've lost a pound. My goal weight is 125 lbs.
That sounds like my body! I cant wait to post a after picutre!0 -
I'm 5' 3 1/2" I started at 249 and I am down to 203 right now. I still have a ways to go, but I am on my way!1

well, i have only lost 40 lbs so far, and have a long way to go but i'm 5'2. i think i can tell a little bit in my face that ive lost (see below). and my clothes certainly fit much differently but i know i have a way to go still.

I am 5'2 and my starting weight was 157 I am now stck at 140 my exercise is great it's just my eating that is way off track. I am really hoping MFP will help me get my eating back on track and these forums help me become more disiplined and accountable!0

I lost 30 pounds, I'm 5'0". Took me a couple years but I did it!
A LOT of Jillian Michaels, elliptical every day for 30 minutes, and counting calories.0 -
I"m about 5'3"...way shorter then my friends and most of my family! But I like being short!
I've been on MFP for a while but just started getting serious in late June.
I started at 198.4 and am now at 179. My goal is to be in the 130's. I would love to be in the 150's in October because I'm in my cousin's wedding!!0 -

hi! I'm 5' 3", and I have lost 23 lbs before I joined today. I weigh 146 now and my goal weight is 135. Once I reach that goal, I'm sure I will change that to a new goal! I have no pictures now. I want to reach my goal first. Reading these posts keeps me pumped up!! I'm so looking forward to being more healthy0

This has by far been the best motivation that I've had yet.

I am 5' even. I started MFP in Jan of 2011 at 176 lbs. At my heaviest I was about 185 lbs - as you can see in the picture below.
I am now at 136.4 lbs. The below pictures were taken at around 138 lbs.
I'm not quite at my goal weight, I have about 11 lbs to go.1 -
I'm only 4ft 11" or thereabouts. I've lost 67lb since June 2011. I stopped drinking alcohol and started watching my food more carefully. I also walk every day. I started walking for an hour each day and now do two hours on some days. I have another two stone to lose before I am in a healthy weight range.1
