I am 4'11" and 216 right now, I was 283 when I had my daughter and 271 when I start MFP!! I've been on here since Jan of this year!

Wooooow Sister you look really good. I just logged back on today and had got on
the scale and saw my wait had crepted up to 195, however not mad at all
because the change for me was to love me what ever size I was. I am 46
have struggled all my life with weight some good some bad but this
stage in my life it is not a major factor but a factor. I am focused and my goal
is to loose 20lbs. So did not need to be long winded but whew! So
congrats. Keep up the good work.

here i was after i had my daughter not sure my weight then but at my 6 wk appointment i was 210
here i am now at 150 this was taking few days ago

The recent picture I'm somewhere between 130-125.

im just under 5ft4".. and am 229.. just starting my 2nd wk on MFP.. lost 2pns last wk. (first wk) my goal is 180 and ultimate goal 150.. and im glad you posted this topic so i can see similar size/height peeps too.. and there before and after... :bigsmile:0

Another shorty here - I'm 5'3".
Here's me in June 2011 (around 210lbs):
Here's me, almost a year later in June 2012 and down over 70lbs.
This is just what one year of eating better and exercising regularly can do!

OMG I love this thread! Im about 5 foot even. Starting at 174ish. My goal is around 125ish. I took some "before" pictures this weekend and just started Jillian's 30 day shred (holy sore this am!!). I cant wait to post "after" pics!

I'm just a bit over 5ft (not quite 5 ft 1). I was always small but I put on a lot of weight with each of my pregnancies, although I did lose it in between. With my third son I put on 2 and a half stone and I was around 147 pounds with most of it being on my bum (also have a small frame so it really looks pretty obvious when I'm bugger). I have lost all my baby weight and some, usually I'm around 116-120 and now I'm 109 and aiming to get down to 102 (this may be too small, I'm just going to stop when I think I look ok). My problem is really more with toning, my body looks fine in clothes but I have wobbly thighs and hips outwith them.
I am not sure how to post a pic. I lost my weight mostly walking with my baby in a sling. He is now 10 months and I still put him in the sling to walk and it is a really good extra bit of exercise. I walk lots with my boys and encourage them to have a healthy lifestyle.1 -

Not sure if this will work but here is a pic of me last week. I lost the initial baby weight through breastfeeding so I joined myfitnesspal when I was at 124 pounds, currently 16 pounds lost.
