    Another shorty here - I'm 5'3".

    Here's me in June 2011 (around 210lbs):

Here's me, almost a year later in June 2012 and down over 70lbs.

This is just what one year of eating better and exercising regularly can do!

I run, use the arc trainer at the gym, and definitely strength training! : ) I eat a pescetarian diet (only fish, not meat); it's full of fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, and other fresh, wholesome foods.

5'0'', 216 was my heaviest, and that was the day I went into labor. I ended up sticking around 209-206, even though I breastfed for a year. Got down to 196 or so in January of this year, and got fed up in may. I'm at 181.2 now. Woohoo! I can finally see a bit of my collar bones again. Before my children, I weighed 114. Not sure how well this picture is going to show up, so... First picture is 206 to 185, a year apart. The bottom picture is today, at 181.2.

Im not done yet but I've lost 30-35 lbs so far, dont know if that counts as significant but I went from a size 14 to 8 (misses- 4 in womens). I carry all my weight in the middle.
