I am 5'3 and 50. When I knew I was in trouble with my weight I was 186.5. I have maybe two pictures. I did NOT like to have picture taken. I was ashamed and embarrassed. I do not know how to post. I lost some weight before I joined MFP, then I lost more since joining. Today it is a total of 80 lbs.
I am no longer trying to lose weight. I am trying to gain muscle.

You can do it. You just have dig deep inside yourself.

I started this so long ago LOL I am 5'3". Before kids I was around 180. Highest weight during pregnancy is 225. I lost a significant amount between children, and I now say I lost 80lbs, twice LOL I did it by not eating out much and eliminating as much processed foods (lean cuisines, box meals, etc) and everything else in moderation. I still enjoy wine, chocolate, and pizza ;-P I also work out A LOT, I'm kind of an addict :D

    Before (200ish):

I'm 5'2 my starting weight was 148 lbs. My current weight is 137 lbs. I lost 10-11 lbs before myfitnesspal and so I was stuck at 138 lbs. I joined because I couldn't lose anymore weight and so far I've lost a pound. My goal weight is 125 lbs.

That sounds like my body! I cant wait to post a after picutre!
